On top of it and my weird life

I am on top of things this week! Worked on my nonfiction to do list. Sent out article questions, did research, etc. Yay me!

Also wrote ten pages of HOT yesterday! YAY! I have to go back over them of course, but I will be finishing up chapter one this week. Maybe even part of chapter two. I have to redo my synopsis though. Not enough GMC for the hero and I didn't deal with him having a fiance well. Have to change a couple of things, but not the biggies:) It's so weird writing adult emotions since I have been writing so muchYA. It's fun. Very different.

And my weird life. I was contacted by the casting director of Wife Swap and asked if I would liek to go through the application process. Thinks my family might be a good candidate. Snicker. We have to think on this. She told me she read my blog... Um. Thanks?

Really? Wife Swap? I didn't know they actually went looking for families to cast. I've seen a couple of episodes of that (a couple of years ago, I think), and found it interesting. And frustrating.

Congrats on your awesome progress on HOT!

omg. Wife Swap? That's freakin hysterical.

Hmmmm...how much do you get paid for that? Would be worth the hell if it's enough money *snicker*

OMG! That's wild! My hubby and I have talked about this a thousand times and said NO WAY IN HELL would we EVER do that. We would just rather suffer with each other. :-)

How wild! Definitely post if you decide to do it. I've never watched it but would if you were cast.

I agree with Rachel about Wife Swap - I find it interesting and frustrating. I've watched it a few times and it's always best when some closed-minded jerk learns a lesson. Rare, but good.

But after reading about your life I think any woman who tried to take your place would simply die of exhaustion. I don't know how you do it!

and that anonymous post above was from me, Carrie. I just never login to blogger at work (fear of the higherups) so it didn't catch my name. Duh, didn't think about just signing my name - oops!

Congrats on the writing progress! As for the Wife Swap thingy, I only watched it once. It had this fundamentalist woman preaching (actually it was more screaming) to these kids, bible in hand, and then not wanting the money they gave her for doing the show. I thought it was pretty weird.
